About us

SciStories is a creative agency offering art and design services to medical and science academic research laboratories around the world. Our work brings their journal articles to life, helps that article be chosen as the cover story, enhances their grant applications and donor reports, and develops core marketing assets for the lab such as a website, logo, and identity materials.

Sigrid Knemeyer

SciStories Founder

Sigrid’s work has graced the cover of journals such as Nature, Science, and Cell, and helped labs raise initial and ongoing funding rounds. She was chosen to develop the visual language for new, revolutionary discoveries such as CRISPR Cas-9, Hi-C Analysis, and Long Non-Coding RNAs.

Sigrid trained at the Medical College of Georgia, receiving a Master of Science in Medical Illustration and board certification from the Association of Medical Illustrators. She is personally involved with every lab we work with.
